After the thermal treatment, we remove the paint residues from the painted parts using blasting equipment, both in chamber and continuous versions. A certain specificity is the large continuous equipment with the possibility to blast parts up to 6 m long with metal shredding.
The blast machines are equipped with automatic abrasive refilling or material and air filtration in a closed environment. The technology control system with remote access connection allows not only sufficient information to the machine operator, but also to the service centre, which can react without delay and in a targeted manner to machine stimuli. Metal abrasive blasting is environmentally friendly and at the same time brings significant cost savings due to the high productivity kept for continuous operation.
