In Blansko we installed a new pyrolytic furnace designed for high-capacity deglazing. This pyrolytic furnace is part of a newly built modern de-lacquering centre. The centre will also be equipped with a chamber blasting machine for smaller parts, a continuous blasting machine for large parts, a paint booth for the application of basic spraying of parts, four de-coating baths for the de-coating of Fe materials and a washing booth with a high-pressure washer.
Based on our many years of experience in the industry, we are building a waxing centre that boasts state-of-the-art technology with remote access. The centre stands out for the size of the furnace and blasters, the total volume of the baths and the capacity. In the future, it will allow for expansion with additional blasting and thermal equipment, water blasting and other support services such as calibration, repair and surface finishing.
With this comprehensive equipment and strategic location, the degreasing centre will be able to satisfy even the most demanding client requirements for high quality and fast degreasing. Its equipment and level will fully meet all the needs of automotive manufacturers and their supply partners not only from the Czech Republic.
We are now in the final stage of building this centre, which we plan to have fully operational in the 3rd quarter of 2024.
